Meet Brenice Armstrong
Brenice Armstrong is a legal assistant at Lamano Law Office. Her role involves managing the firm’s research and development projects, working behind the scenes to find ways to reduce costs for clients and improve efficiency within the firm. Her tasks include strategy development, monitoring emerging trends in law and technology, finding innovative solutions to improve workflows, collaborating with experts, and providing training and education for the staff.
Before joining Lamano Law, Ms. Armstrong served as a public-school principal and had a strong commitment to improving the quality of life in communities, particularly those with low-income populations and people of color. Prior to her current role, she successfully launched a startup charter school in Indianapolis, Indiana; St. Louis, Missouri; and Wilmington, Delaware. These schools aimed to provide education and support to students in at-risk communities.
Ms. Armstrong shares the core values of integrity and efficiency that are important to the firm. She contributes to strengthening defense strategies and achieving the best outcomes for clients by offering innovative solutions. She identifies and implements new technologies and resources that can enhance the effectiveness of the firm’s defense practice, such as data analysis techniques and forensic advancements. Additionally, she organizes training sessions and workshops to educate attorneys and support staff on legal research techniques and emerging legal issues in criminal defense.
Originally from Los Angeles, Ms. Armstrong earned her Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies and Public Policy from UCLA. She furthered her education by obtaining a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Columbia University. In her free time, she enjoys indoor spin classes, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with her family, including her two children.
